My Poem... don't hate it.

Sunflowers

Sunflowers in the rain
Hide from the world
Missing what once was,
Thinking of happier days

The light was always there
Yet now it can't see sunlight
"Clouds" floated by
So quickly in the breeze

Flowers are so innocent
Blinding themselves from storms ahead
Assuming sunlight will always be
Never understanding
Warmth isn't forever

Darker clouds are coming
And now the rain wont stop
The pain hurts immensely
With each tear that falls

Not all storms last forever
Shades of blue regress
Clouds part and float away
Sunlight returns, and flower blooms once again

I haven't blogededed in so FREAKING LONG! I miss it like you wouldn't believe. The only problem I have with this website is I feel like NO ONE is even listening to me. So if youre reading this out there somewhere in this big scary world just say "I'm listening Makayla" and maybe I'll believe that I'm not just some insignificant dot on this earth/universe.
